Information

Animal is injured, sick or neglected and requires attention.

The Brisbane RSPCA Animal Care Campus is at capacity with reptiles looking for new homes. These domestic snakes, lizards and turtles have come into the RSPCA thanks to a partnership with the Department of Environment and Protection.

Since the centre is full with reptiles, the RSPCA cannot take on any more domestic reptiles until current adoptable reptiles find their new homes.

The RSPCA has snakes, turtles and lizards for all ages and ownership levels – beginners through to experienced reptile handlers.

To adopt a reptile you will need to apply for a recreational wildlife licence. The RSPCA can help you choose a reptile to suit your lifestyle.

Find a reptile available to adopt.

Reptiles available at the Brisbane RSPCA can be adopted intrastate and interstate.
