RSPCA Op Shops

What can you donate? If you would give it to a friend, you can donate it to your local RSPCA Op Shop. We accept good quality, pre-loved items. If it’s ripped, stained or broken, these items cannot be used.

Due to health and safety reasons, there are certain items we can't accept, including:

• Pillows and mattresses
• Opened toiletries and consumables
• Motorcycle and bicycle helmets
• Highchairs, cots, baby capsules and prams without the Australia Standard
• Underwear and socks
• Knives
• Any items that are broken or incomplete

Thanks for thinking of our animals! We ask that any donations intended for our RSPCA animals please be dropped off directly to your nearest RSPCA Animal Care Centre. That way your items will get to our animals in need.

If you have large, heavy items like couches or cabinets you'd like to donate, we do have a free pickup service in Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs along with some regional areas. If you'd like to schedule a pickup, complete our online pickup form, phone your nearest RSPCA Op Shop or email us at opshopenquiries@rspcaqld.org.au
