After undergoing surgery to fix his broken leg, our veterinary team also discovered that Wallace had cerebellar hypoplasia - a condition where part of the brain doesn’t develop as it should.
While Wallace will always be a bit wobbly on his feet due to his condition, it hasn’t affected his zest for life - now adopted into a caring, new home.
His story is only possible thanks to people like you. Your donation helps provide emergency veterinary treatment, medical supplies, shelter care and rehabilitation - so animals in need can get a second chance

We value your contribution. Your donation supports our vital services to help animals in need. Here’s how your donations are put to great work.
A thoughtful $30 donation can help provide a homeless pet a warm bed and toys.
A kind $50 donation can fund veterinary equipment needed for live-saving surgery.
An incredible $100 donation keeps our Rescue Units on the road helping injured animals.
Your support directly impacts the number of animals we can reach, treat, and protect.
Most importantly, your gift goes where it is needed most to ensure we can respond quickly and effectively to animals in urgent need.
A gift left in your Will can also be directed to specific areas of impact.
Receipts for one-off donations are sent immediately.
Monthly supporters receive an annual consolidated receipt at the end of the financial year.
For monthly donations, direct debit is also available.
If you’d prefer to donate through another method, please contact us at supportercare@rspcaqld.org.au or call 1300 264 625.
