Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

True to her name, sweet little Froglet is a gentle, shy young pup who sports a unique three-legged physique. She is finally ready to take a leap of faith into a quiet, patient forever home. Because she missed out on early socialisation, new people and strange environments can make her feel quite worried, so she is looking for a structured family who will let her settle in at her own pace. Food is definitely the way to this girl's heart, and hand-feeding her meals is the perfect way to build a strong bond until she feels secure enough to show her affectionate, gentle side during quiet cuddle sessions. She hasn't learned to walk on a lead just yet, so her training should start safely in the backyard before transitioning to very quiet streets; busy environments like cafes, dog parks, or beaches will be far too overwhelming for her. This resilient girl would absolutely jump for joy if she could live with a calm, respectful, mature canine brother to help boost her confidence, and she is open to matching with calm, respectful teenagers (or older children) who understand dog body language and can meet her first.
