Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Meet Charlie
This playful and energetic boy is looking for an active home that can keep up with his enthusiasm for life. Suitable for inexperienced adopters willing to continue his training, he is a friendly dog who enjoys both people and canine companionship. He can live with another dog but is very puppy-like in his interactions and may be a little over the top, excitable, and jumpy at times. Due to his high play drive, he would be best suited to a home without cats. He may live with younger children, but his energetic nature makes him a better match for older kids who are comfortable around playful, energetic dogs. A secure yard with fencing of at least 5ft is required to keep him safe. With plenty of exercise, enrichment, and guidance, he will make a fun and rewarding companion.
