Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Cali is an affectionate, playful young girl looking for an active family to include her in all of life's adventures. She loves tennis balls, zoomies, sniffing new scents, and spending time with her people. Once she bonds with you, she is incredibly loyal and loves cuddles, belly rubs, and gentle affection.
A smart and eager-to-learn dog, Cali has already mastered cues such as sit, shake, and down, and enjoys training. She would likely excel in dog sports, scent work, or other activities that keep her mind busy. As a young working breed, she will need daily exercise, ongoing training, and plenty of mental enrichment, with meals fed through enrichment toys and activities whenever possible.
While Cali was social and playful with other dogs, she can be boisterous and may become frustrated during introductions or in new environments. She will benefit from continued training to build calm focus and confidence around other dogs. Any resident dogs must meet Cali prior to adoption.
Cali may suit a home with children, however as she can be excitable and occasionally jumpy, we recommend children meet her before adoption.
Cali is looking for a committed family who can continue her training, provide plenty of enrichment, and give her the love and companionship she thrives on. 🐾❤️
