Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Bowie's journey has not always been an easy one, but through it all, he has remained a gentle soul with so much love to give. At first, the world can feel a little overwhelming for this sensitive boy. Loud noises and sudden movements can still make him nervous, but with a patient hand, a few gentle pats, and a comforting cuddle, Bowie quickly remembers that he's safe. With every loving interaction, he continues to blossom, revealing the incredibly sweet and affectionate kitty hidden beneath his shy exterior.
Now a tripod kitty, Bowie is learning how to navigate life on three legs with quiet determination and courage. While he is still building his confidence and discovering new ways to move around, his missing leg certainly doesn't dampen his spirit. In fact, the moment a wand toy starts dancing, a spring bounces across the floor, or a fluffy toy appears, Bowie's playful side shines brighter than ever. Watching him forget his worries and throw himself into play is enough to melt anyone's heart.
Bowie is searching for a family who will see the extraordinary cat behind his scars and give him the time, patience, and love he deserves. In return, they'll gain a loyal companion whose trust is a precious gift, and whose gentle affection makes every cuddle feel that little bit more special. This brave boy has already overcome so much, and now he's ready to find the forever home where his next chapter can truly begin
