Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Bailey is a sweet, sensitive soul searching for a family to call his own. He can be shy and reserved when first meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable, his affectionate and gentle nature shines through. This handsome boy forms strong bonds with his people and will make a loyal, loving companion.
Open to inexperienced adopters, Bailey would make a wonderful first dog. He is suitable for families with children of all ages, although we recommend younger children attend the meet-and-greet due to Bailey’s large size and initially timid nature.
Bailey appears to have had limited experience living indoors and can be unsure on unfamiliar indoor surfaces. We'd love to see him transition into an indoor/outdoor lifestyle where he can continue building confidence while enjoying life as part of the family.
When left alone, Bailey benefits from enrichment activities to keep his mind busy and engaged. Food-based enrichment such as Kongs, treat-filled toys, milk bottles, and ice blocks are great ways to help him stay happy and mentally stimulated.
Bailey is quite dog tolerant and may be suitable for a multi-dog household, pending a successful meet-and-greet with any resident dogs.
If you're looking for a gentle giant with a heart of gold, Bailey could be the perfect addition to your family.
