Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Hi there! My name is Ducky! You may be taken with me due to my looks, which is understandable as I am absolutely gorgeous. However you should know my personality as well.... It is perfect! Staff and volunteers alike are head over heels in love with me! I am very dog and people social. I do need to work on not getting too over excited with people and dogs - I love them so much! So a family with no young kids - or willing to put in the training - and a tolerant dog would be preferred. I am an active and playful girl so I need my people to be able to give me the time and exercise I need to be my best self. Only the most perfect home will be good enough for me (the staff want to keep me here forever) so please pop in an application online and you will be contacted for a meet and greet.
Visit your nearest RSPCA Adoption Centre, RSPCA Op Shop, RSPCA World for Pets or Petbarn store and adopt an animal in person. You can also apply to adopt an animal online.
