RSPCA Queensland Op Shops - Voucher Hunt Promotion Terms and Conditions

The promoter is RSPCA Queensland Ltd (ABN 74 851 544 037) of 139 Wacol Station Rd, Wacol QLD 4076, Australia (Promoter) trading as RSPCA Op Shops Qld.

By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The RSPCA Op Shops Qld Voucher Hunt (Promotion) will take place on 10 May 2026 across participating RSPCA Op Shop locations in Queensland.

The Promotion is open to customers in-store at participating locations on the promotion date. Employees and volunteers of the Promoter and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation.

• A total of 10 vouchers per store will be hidden throughout each participating Op Shop.
• Customers may search for and claim vouchers during store opening hours on the promotion date.
• Vouchers are available on a first found, first claimed basis, while stocks last.

Vouchers will be issued as either:

• 20% off the total purchase price; or
• $20 off the total purchase price.

• Vouchers are valid for use at any RSPCA Queensland Op Shop until 30 June 2026.
• Vouchers must be used before the expiry date stated and are not valid after this date.
• Only one voucher may be used per transaction.
• Limit of one voucher redemption per person during the Promotion period.
• Vouchers must be surrendered at the time of purchase and used in a single transaction.

• Offer excludes gift cards and RSPCA World For Pets retail range.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Vouchers are treated as cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
• RSPCA Queensland reserves the right to verify the validity of vouchers and refuse redemption where fraud or misuse is suspected.

• Customers must not disrupt store operations, staff, or other customers while participating.
• Customers must follow all reasonable directions from staff.
• Unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the store and disqualification from the Promotion.

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• To the extent permitted by law, RSPCA Queensland is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with participation in the Promotion or redemption of vouchers.
• RSPCA Queensland reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
