As a part of COVID-19 prevention initiatives, we are operating contact-free animal rescue collections.


Every day our Animal Ambulances are on the road to help sick and injured wildlife and domestic animals across Queensland. Our new contact-free service will ensure the safety of your family, our rescuers, and the animals.


When you call our Animal Emergency Hotline 1300 ANIMAL (1300 264 625), you will be asked a few questions regarding COVID-19 and containing the animal in question. If an animal is unable to be contained, social distancing laws will still be maintained whilst our team rescues the animal.


Here’s how the process will work while we practise social distancing:
