Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Cute Kalu is a wonderful young boy who is still learning just how big and exciting the world can be. Sometimes new experiences can feel a little overwhelming, but with patience, reassurance and plenty of TLC, Kalu will build his confidence and happily follow his trusted people just about anywhere.
Kalu is suitable for inexperienced owners, with training classes recommended to help him continue learning and become the best dog he can be.
Kalu would love to be welcomed indoors as part of the family, with secure outdoor access for playtime and adventures.
Kalu may suit children of all ages, although younger children should meet him before adoption.
He has not been tested with cats.
When meeting other dogs, Kalu can be very puppy-like and enthusiastic. A canine companion would need to be tolerant of his playful ways and comfortable providing him with some guidance.
Secure fencing of at least 5ft is recommended.
With a loving family by his side, Kalu is ready to grow into a confident and devoted companion.
