Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Hello, I'm Bailey! I have unfortunately had a very hard start to my life. I required lots of vet care due to my previous living conditions, and I took quite a while to warm up to the staff here because of this! Now that I'm pain free, I have really come out of my shell! I may still take a second to warm up, but when I do, I am very affectionate and love a good chin scratch! I love curling up in comfy places, I would love a few soft beds in my new home and even a cat tree I can perch on to watch the world go by. I haven't shown much interest in playing with toys, but you never know, I might become a playful cat in a safe and loving environment! I will need a calm and gentle home due to my past trauma; I would also like to be the only pet as I now deserve all the love for myself! I would also find kids a bit overwhelming so a house with adults only would be better for me! I am also known to put my boundaries in place if I don't like the way you are handling me. I am truly a very sweet girl who just wants a second chance and to be able to finally live in a home that shows me nothing but love and care! If you think you can give me the new life I deserve, then come meet me today!
