Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Hi, I’m Chaca—a curious puppy with a big heart and an even bigger love of learning. When I first came into care, I was a little underweight and unwell, so I've been in foster care ever since! My foster family says I have boundless amount of energy and love to give, so if you're looking for that, I'm your perfect fit! I’m sturdy - however, I broke my leg for being too silly, but I'm all healed now - but I'm still athletic, and eager to please, the kind of energy that loves a good game. I’d do best with someone who works average hours, so there’s daily chances to bond, train, and explore together. My lifestyle is moderate: I’m ready for walks, short hikes, and plenty of enrichment to keep my mind busy. I’m great with kids and I don’t have any known issues around them. I’m dog-social and I’m hopeful about sharing a home with another dog or two if introductions are thoughtful and I’m given time to adjust. I need daily opportunities to learn about life—new games, manners, and the everyday adventures that shape a confident, friendly companion. If you’re looking for a loyal, trainable pup who thrives on love, structure, and positive memories, I’m your teammate. Let’s grow together.
