Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Hi, I'm Opal, a smart, affectionate 10-month-old girl with a big heart and an active mind. I love learning new things, whether it's training, puzzle toys, nosework, or fun games that keep me busy.
I'm a timid but curious girl who may need a little time and patience to build trust with new people and environments. Once I feel safe, my sweet personality shines through, and I form strong bonds with those I love.
I'm looking for a home where someone is around most of the time and can give me plenty of enrichment, exercise, and love. I enjoy being active, but I'm also happy to curl up on the couch after a day of adventures.
I appear social with other dogs and have shown no issues with other animals, though thoughtful introductions are always best. Due to my enthusiasm and energy, I'd be best suited to a home with children aged 6 years and older.
If you're looking for a loyal, clever companion who's eager to learn, grow in confidence, and be part of the family, I'd love to meet you! 💜🐶
