Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Franklin is a sweet-natured boy who prefers to take life at his own pace. While he may not be the first to demand attention, he has a wonderful way of making himself part of the family, often choosing a cosy spot nearby where he can keep an eye on everything that's going on.
Franklin can be a little reserved when meeting new people or adjusting to unfamiliar surroundings, and he'll appreciate a home that allows him time to settle in and find his feet. Once he feels comfortable, you'll discover a loyal companion who enjoys gentle affection, quiet company, and the reassurance of a familiar routine.
When he's feeling relaxed, Franklin enjoys exploring his environment, watching the world from a sunny window, and indulging in the occasional play session. He's not overly demanding and is happiest in a home where he can enjoy a balance of attention, comfort, and independence.
Franklin is great with children, with no known issues around kids, and his calm temperament makes him an easy companion to have around the home. He takes comfort in predictable routines and will thrive with a family that understands his sensitive nature.
Franklin is also FIV positive, but don't let that discourage you. FIV is a manageable condition, and many FIV-positive cats live long, happy, healthy lives with routine veterinary care and an indoor lifestyle. FIV cannot be passed to people, dogs, or other non-feline pets, and Franklin's diagnosis doesn't stop him from being a wonderful companion.
There's something incredibly rewarding about earning Franklin's trust. The little moments, a soft purr, a gentle head bump, or him choosing to curl up beside you, feel all the more special. If you're looking for a kind-hearted companion who will blossom with patience and love, Franklin may be the perfect addition to your family.
