Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Jerry is a handsome tabby boy with a gentle heart that’s just waiting to shine. Coming into care as a stray, his past is a bit of a mystery, and he can still be a little shy as he learns to feel safe and build his confidence. While his tough, rugged looks might make him seem independent, underneath it all is a soft and sensitive soul who simply needs time, patience, and kindness to truly blossom.
Jerry absolutely loves his food (which is a great way to win him over!) and with a bit of gentle encouragement, he begins to warm up and show his affectionate side. Once he starts to trust you, you’ll see glimpses of the loyal and loving companion he has the potential to become.
He would thrive in a calm, understanding home where he can settle in at his own pace and continue to grow in confidence. With time and patience, Jerry is sure to become a devoted member of the family, rewarding his people with quiet companionship and a very special bond. Jerry needs to be the only cat in the home and must be an inside only cat.
