Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Hi there, I’m Hershey. I’m a male canine with a big heart and an even bigger frame. I move with a calm stride, and I’ll gladly trade loud chaos for cozy couch time and a warm, sunny nap. I’m told I look like a gentle giant, steady and sweet, especially indoors. I’m hoping for a home where someone works average hours—enough company and a predictable routine but not glued to me all day. My lifestyle is moderate: I love a daily walk, a quiet sniff around the yard, and plenty of time to learn and grow. I’m still curious and enjoy learning about life, whether it’s meeting new people, nibbling on puzzles, or practicing simple manners with a patient trainer or family. I can be selective with dog friends and I’m not a fan of off-leash parks or chaotic introductions. I do well with respectful play and safe, calm energy. As for other animals, there’s no known history of issues. If you’ve got steady hands, daily enrichment, and room to welcome a big, loyal heart, let’s meet.
