Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Hi, I’m Chase! At first, I might seem a bit reserved, but give me a little time, and you’ll see my sweet and gentle side shine through. I might act tough but I'm really just a sensitive guy at heart who is looking for an understanding and experienced owner to help me flourish in my new home! I came into care with little training and socialisation so my new owners will need to keep working with me to become the confident boy I know I can be. I've already come a long way in the short time I've been here, so I'll definitely make a great companion to a devoted owner! I am an Alaskan Malamute mix, so I am pretty independent and occasionally stubborn so a breed experienced home would be ideal for me! I get along great with other dogs, although I do believe I'm the boss when it comes to other males, so a home with a female dog would suit me well! I would also need to go to a home with older kids only! I love going for my walks here and exploring all the smells! But I also love chilling out on my bed, so I'd make a great companion for someone who is looking for an adventure buddy during the day and then a snuggle buddy at night! So, if I sound like the perfect match for you then come meet me today!
