Jeff brings more than 25 years of senior finance and governance experience, including 14 years on commercial and not‑for‑profit boards.
His recent work with the PMSA Finance and Audit Committee, overseeing four schools with a combined $200m turnover, strengthened his expertise in capital planning, operational improvement and board support.
At Goodstart, he held CFO, COO and deputy CEO roles through major sector and environmental challenges, leading regulatory compliance, organisational resilience and the development of a five‑year strategic plan.
Now transitioning from full‑time work, he is motivated to contribute his governance experience and long‑standing personal commitment to animal welfare to the RSPCA board.
