Micks is an emerging country music singer/songwriter from Brisbane keen to help the RSPCA.
"First and foremost I am an animal LOVER! Secondly, my family has a history with helping out at the RSPCA and finally I have something of my own to offer; which is a growing platform, where I can hopefully help raise awareness and much needed funds for the RSPCA."
"The first dog I ever owned was a beautiful Maltese cross Lhasa Apso who unfortunately passed away from renal failure three years ago, at the age of 13. My household currently has a Rescue dog called "Frankie", who is a mixture of Maltese/Lhasa Apso, and we think a slight hint of Border Collie hiding in there somewhere! And then we have Peaches... who is a Pomeranian/Chihuahua, who weighs just over 2kg and absolutely rules the house!"
"I hope in some small way, I am able to use my growing media platform to raise awareness and much needed funds for the RSPCA. In particular, I would like the public, when wanting to own a pet, come to the RSPCA and take a part in the rescue program; I absolutely love the concept of finding a Fur-ever home!"
It is wonderful to have Micks on board as an RSPCA Ambassador, keep an eye out for her at upcoming events! Find out more about Micks.
