RSPCA Qld is holding a massive sale at its Rockhampton Adoption Centre and World for Pets store this weekend.

All animals and World for Pet products will be reduced by between 25% and 75%.

“We’ve got numerous animals looking for new homes and we truly do believe that RSPCA animals make the best pets, “said Adoption Centre Manager Paul Hagan. “Plus, the money generated from the sale will be used to help with the treatment of animals like Kadee and Sadie.”

Both Kadee and Sadee came to the RSPCA through the Inspectorate. Kadee had bad sarcoptic mange and was very skinny and shy, while Sadee came in with a small kitten and had a broken and badly infected leg which had to be amputated. “To see them now, you wouldn’t believe they are the same animals. Both are bright and happy and Kadee is slowly gaining in confidence and is not so shy and withdrawn,” continued Paul.

If anyone needed any further proof that RSPCA animals can find wonderful homes, 276 dogs and cats were rehomed in one day at RSPCA Qld’s first ever Pop Up Adoption event at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre last weekend. This was an Australian record.
