Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Hermes is a beautifully gentle and affectionate girl who is really starting to blossom. While she still enjoys spending quiet time in her safe space, she doesn’t hesitate to come out as soon as she hears you—ready to seek out attention and companionship.
Once she feels comfortable, Hermes quickly shows her true personality. She is incredibly soft, relaxed, and loving, happily approaching for pats, leaning in close, bunting, and purring away. She’s a truly smoochy girl who will form a strong, affectionate bond with her people.
Hermes can be a little fussy with her food, but she definitely has a favourite—roast chicken is the way to win her heart and keep her coming back for more!
She would do best in a calm and understanding home with teens or older children, that will allow her to continue building her confidence at her own pace, while enjoying all the love she has to give.
Hermes is a sweet, affectionate companion just waiting to share her love. With a little patience and kindness, she will reward you with endless smooches and gentle purrs.
