Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Soot Sprite is a gentle little soul looking for a calm and understanding home. She can be a shy girl at first, so she will thrive with patient adopters who are happy to let her lead interactions and build trust in her own time.
Once she feels safe, Soot Sprite enjoys cheek rubs, gentle pats, and quiet companionship. She also has a playful side and loves batting around little toys during her relaxed moments.
While in care, Soot Sprite required a tail amputation, but she has recovered beautifully and is already well adjusted. It certainly hasn’t stopped her from enjoying life, and she’s ready to move forward into a loving forever home.
With kindness, patience, and a gentle approach, this sweet girl is sure to blossom into a lovely companion.
