Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Blade is our new young boy. There's a lot of things that you'll love about Blade:- His quiet nature - he's a gentle fellow, who may need time for his confidence to grow. His loafing style - as you can see by his photo, he's a full loaf of bread with his legs and tail tucked loosely around his body and his eyes closed in a rested state. We believe he's saying, "I'm okay". He appreciates lots of pats - a wonderful, soft rumble noise will rise from his chest to show his enjoyment. Aside from his lovely character traits - he's very handsome with cuddly, soft fur that's a light ginger tabby colour.
Here are some guidelines for his best care in your home:-
DIET AND CARE - Blade needs a balanced diet of high-quality dry biscuits, nutritious wet food and fresh, cool water at all times. Regular vet check-ups are essential to maintain his good health.
COMPANIONSHIP - Most kittens are highly adaptable when welcomed into the household as a loved family member. Blade could happily live with gentle, cat-savvy children under the watch of Blade's guardians. A friendly cat or calm dog could be considered, provided the introductions are done gradually and thoughtfully.
INDOOR LIFESTYLE - For Blade's safety and to help protect native wildlife, an indoor-only lifestyle is recommended. To keep him amused and enriched inside your home, please provide cat towers, wand toys, warm windowsills, cardboard boxes and plenty of gentle cuddles to help build your bond. As he has recently experienced significant upheavals, setting up a quiet "launch room" will help him feel secure whilst he settles into his new home.
