Buster's Story

Buster is an energetic, fun-loving boy who's ready to find a family that matches his zest for life! He's looking for a fit and active home where he can join in on daily adventures and enjoy plenty of quality time with his people. Buster thrives on attention and interaction, so he'll do best in a home where someone is around more often to keep him engaged and supported. Structure and routine will help him feel secure and settled, and his new family should be committed to guiding him with consistent training and positive reinforcement. He's a smart pup who already knows "sit" and is very food-motivated, which makes training fun! However, he's still working on his manners and impulse control-he can get a little overexcited and snatchy with treats. Enrichment activities and puzzle feeders will be great tools to keep his mind busy and help him learn polite behaviors. What Buster Needs: -A family committed to ongoing training and consistency. -Teens or older children who can participate in his training and understand his excitement levels. -A home with structure and routine to help him feel comfortable. -Plenty of exercise and mental stimulation to channel his energy in positive ways. While Buster is social and enjoys meeting other dogs, he's still learning how to read dog body language. He'll need to meet any potential dog friends before adoption.
