As Practice Manager at our Wacol Domestic Hospital, you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth, safe and effective day-to-day operation of the hospital. Working closely with senior leaders and senior veterinary nurses, you’ll help ensure teams are well supported, workflows run efficiently while animals, customers, and the community receive high-quality care.
This role focuses on people leadership, coordination and operational support. You’ll contribute to planning and implementation across areas such as rostering, workflows, compliance and communication, helping bring structure and consistency to hospital operations while working collaboratively within the broader leadership framework.
This is a hands-on, team-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys leading people, improving how things work and contributing to a positive, well-organised hospital environment.
We’re looking for an organised, approachable and people-focused leader with a strong understanding of how veterinary hospitals operate. You’re comfortable working in a busy, clinical environment and enjoy supporting teams through coordination, clear communication and practical problem-solving.
You work well alongside others, value collaboration and are confident contributing ideas and solutions, while balancing operational efficiency with a genuine focus on people and pets. You’re calm under pressure, adaptable, and motivated by creating a positive workplace culture where people feel supported and care standards remain high.
