Hi there, potential forever family!

My name is Barry!I might be a bit shy at first, but with some patience and love, I'm sure to come out of my shell. I'll need a family who's able to give me the confidence boost I need to thrive.

I get along well with both male and female doggy friends, but I'd prefer a companion who's older and calm. Someone who can show me the ropes and help me navigate this big world.

Once I feel comfortable with you, you'll notice I absolutely love to join in on the conversation! You can ask me anything and I'll have an answer for you!

Puppy school sounds like a blast! I'm eager to learn new tricks, especially how to walk on a lead. I've already mastered "sit," but there's so much more I want to learn! I just thrive on mental stimulation, so providing me with plenty of enrichment activities will keep me happy and entertained.

As an active and smart breed, I'll need a family who enjoys staying active too. Whether it's going for walks, playing in the park, or engaging in fun activities, count me in! I'm not really sure how to play with toys, but perhaps my new family can teach me? I've heard of this game fetch - it sounds like a lot of fun and a great way to wear me out! hehe

I'm open to living with children, but I'd prefer older, respectful ones who understand that it might take me a little while to adjust to my new surroundings. Patience and understanding go a long way with me.
