Tulip was found with another dog, Pedro, in an emaciated state in April 2017.
These poor dogs were immediately started on a Hill’s Science Diet™ feeding plan to gradually improve their condition so they could reach an ideal weight range.
Can you believe that Tulip was only 9.5kg when she was brought into care?
After some much needed food, love and care, she reached a much healthier weight of 21kg and found her furever home in June. Pedro also got a second chance after more than doubling his weight and found a loving family to call his own.
It didn’t take long for Tulip to get a spring back in her step! Her new adopters Sam and Toni say Tulip is, “Really happy, healthy, enjoys her toys and the big yard to play in.”
