This rewarding volunteer role would suit any applicants that wish to spend their spare time giving back to the local community; enjoy the outdoors and are handy with a hammer and nails.

This position can vary in the type of work required. Jobs can include anything from repairing animals kennels, putting up shelves, weeding, planting, regular upkeep of lawn and gardens. We require a volunteer who can commit to doing approx 4 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months.

Skills required – Gardening, handyperson or maintenance experience.

PLEASE NOTE: As part of volunteering with us you will be required to purchase an RSPCA Volunteer T-shirt for $30. It is also a requirement that before handling animals at the RSPCA you have an up to date Tetanus vaccination.
