Are you experienced with all aspects of Administration and know your way around a computer using different programs and databases?

•This role involves working in either the Inspectorate office or Vet Reception supporting the Rescue unit with various administrative tasks including finalising Ambulance Requests that have been actioned by our Volunteer Ambulance Drivers. From time to time these tasks will vary and we appreciate your flexibility in being able to accommodate change.

•This role would suit any volunteers with advanced computer skills. You would need to be able to hit the ground running and work autonomously after your training has been completed.

•The ideal candidate would have a positive attitude and be able to work largely unsupervised.

•We request a minimum commitment of 1 x four hour shift per week for 3 months

Shifts: Wednesday 8-11am

Skills required – Quick learner, Advanced computer literacy, flexible and independent.

Skills to be gained – Understanding of the RSPCA Rescue Unit, Sheltermate database knowledge and competence.
