Beautiful Nancy came into the RSPCA along with her 9 puppies. Sadly one pup did not make it and four others already passed away before they were surrendered to our RSPCA inspectorate. Nancy’s owner couldn’t afford to vaccinate her pups or properly feed Nancy either which meant Nancy was also malnourished.
Nancy wasn’t desexed. Her troubles could have been avoided with one simple operation. Nancy’s pups have since found their furever home (a litter from two separate daddies too!). If you can offer Nancy her second chance, view her adoption profile here and meet her at the Brisbane RSPCA Animal Care Campus.
You can help prevent pets like Nancy ending up in a shelter with their unwanted litters.
Please do your bit and desex your pet. Visit www.operationwanted.com.au to find a participating vet near you offering 20% off desexing until August 31. Prevention is much better than trying to feed, treat and rehome extra mouths!
