Hulk's Story

Meet Hulk!

Don't let his name fool you, Hulk is more sweetheart than superhero smash! This adorable puppy is full of love, curiosity, and puppy charm, and he's ready to find a family to call his own.

Hulk is at that fun stage of life where every day brings a new adventure. He loves exploring his surroundings, meeting new people, and discovering all the exciting things the world has to offer. Like all puppies, he is still learning about appropriate manners and will need a family committed to continuing his training and socialisation as he grows.

This handsome boy enjoys spending time with his people and will thrive in a home where he can be included in daily family life. Whether it's playtime in the backyard, going for walks, learning new tricks, or curling up for a cuddle after a busy day, Hulk is happiest when he's with his favourite humans.

As a growing puppy, Hulk will benefit from plenty of mental enrichment, positive reinforcement training, and consistent routines to help him develop into a well-rounded adult dog. His new family should be prepared for all the joys and challenges that come with puppyhood, including toilet training, teething, and learning good manners.

With his loving nature, playful spirit, and eagerness to learn, Hulk has all the makings of an amazing lifelong companion. If you're looking for a fun-loving best friend to grow alongside your family, Hulk may be the perfect addition to your home.

Could this little superhero be the missing piece in your family? Come meet Hulk today!

What should I feed my dog?

Your dog's diet should be based on a high-quality, balanced premium commercial dog food that is suited to their specific life stage (puppy, adolescent, adult, pregnant, senior) and health condition.

The amount of food your dog needs will depend on factors like their size, breed, age, and activity level. However, it’s important not to overfeed or underfeed. Your vet can weigh your dog, assess their body condition score, and offer feeding recommendations.

To prevent bloat, which can be life-threatening, adult dogs should be fed at least twice a day and should not engage in exercise right before or after meals. This is especially important for deep-chested breeds like Boxers and German Shepherds.

Make sure fresh drinking water is always available. Do not give your dog milk as it can lead to gastrointestinal issues.

Should I feed bones to my dog?

Bones offer dogs nutrients and mental stimulation while helping remove tartar from their teeth. However, bones can also break teeth, cause blockages, and carry harmful bacteria. Consider these factors to make an informed decision for your pet and family’s wellbeing.

Dental chews are a good alternative if you wish to provide your pet with entertainment that assists with teeth cleaning. Visit RSPCA World for Pets for a range of quality dental chews for your dog.
