Learn dog body language
While our canine companions can’t speak to us verbally, we can learn a lot about what they are saying through body language.

Meet Sky
Sky is a young, lively Husky seeking an active and committed home. Full of energy and enthusiasm, she will thrive with daily exercise, games, training, and plenty of mental stimulation. Previous Husky or working breed experience is desirable, but not essential for adopters willing to learn about the breed’s needs and characteristics. She will need someone who is at home more often than not to keep her company as she can show mild signs of separation anxiety in the way of the Husky howl.
Sky would suit a family with children aged 8 years and older and would love to spend time indoors with her family while still having access to a secure outdoor area for play and activity. She may be able to share her home with a social male dog following a successful introduction. Sky is not suitable for homes with cats, poultry, or pocket pets. A secure 5 to 6-foot fence is essential to keep her safe and secure in her new home.
