The Junior Manners Program is for all puppies who have successfully completed our K9 Kindergarten Program. Puppies who have completed puppy preschool at any other training school can also enrol in the Junior Manners Program; however, an additional 1-hour orientation in Week 1 is needed to commence this program.
This fun-based program builds on the foundations of the K9 Kindergarten Program and includes Walking on a loose lead, Stand, Stay and Leave it, along with the opportunity to practise all K9 exercises in a new environment. Your dog will begin to respond reliably to visual and verbal cues.
The Junior Manners Training Program will also help you to teach your dog to practise all their training exercises and behaviours under the distraction of other dogs, noise and movement. You will teach your developing puppies appropriate behaviours through the use of games and tricks, to help them adjust to your household.
