Dog Sport Prep Course
In this course you will be learning the skills that are essential for Dog Sports such as Agility and Flyball, which will give you the step up in either of these sports.
The Dog Sport Prep Course covers a range of topics: tools for teaching Agility and Flyball; motivating your dog; behaviours at a distance; shaping (getting the dog to think for itself); contact equipment; hurdling; tunnelling; weaving pegs and moving around the course with your dog.
AGILITY is a fantastic way to build the bond between you and your dog, a fun way to develop the behaviours you want in your dog and a great way to exercise with your dog. Its basically a really fun thing to do for both you and your dog!
FLYBALL is a fast and furious competitive sport played by two teams of four dogs who run in a relay over adjacent sets of hurdles, retrieve a ball and return. Competitions are held almost every month in South East Qld, and it is a great way to expand your exercise and social experience with your dog.
