To include your pets into the RSPCA PET LEGACY Program
This sub-paragraph to either of the above clauses would provide for pets or animals to be cared for and re-homed by the RSPCA…
I DIRECT that the ROYAL SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS QUEENSLAND INCORPORATED shall care for any animals or pets which I own at the date of my death until such time as a suitable home in the discretion of the said Society shall be found for such animals or pets -
We ask that you or your solicitor then contact us so that we can obtain the appropriate details of the pets and animals (e.g. feeding, housing, whether it is an inside or outside animal, used to children etc.). This information will be kept on record to assist with placing them when necessary, into a situation as similar as possible to their present environment.
