Bequest Program Pet Legacy Program Adopt a Legacy Animal Wording of Wills
The RSPCA’s Bequest Program offers people the opportunity to leave a gift in their will to help the Society continue to protect the welfare of animals.

Bequests can be directed to facilities for animals, or to areas such as the funding of Inspections. Bequests may also go towards education, thereby helping enhance awareness of animal welfare and encouraging the community to protect our animals.
By remembering the RSPCA in his or her will, each bequestor will make a difference to the lives of many disadvantaged animals.
The generosity of bequestors goes a long way to helping the Society in its efforts on behalf of all creatures under our protection and each gift is greatly appreciated.
The Bequest Program includes the Pet Legacy Program. The program gives bequestors with pets the peace of mind of knowing they are eligible to become members of this special program and upon their death, the RSPCA will find their pets a loving new home.
Estate planning is an important part of financial planning and everyone, no matter what their age, should have a will. Each year thousands of Australians die without having taken this important step. This important document allows you to make provision for family or friends as beneficiaries and if you wish, charities such as the RSPCA. Contact the Public Trustee or your family solicitor to ensure that your wishes are carried out.
